Statement regarding the Chair of Perth Airport

The Board of Perth Airport has accepted the resignation of Mr. Neville Power as Chair and Non-Executive Director following his guilty plea relating to WA's quarantine rules.
The Board will now commence a formal process to appoint a new Chair.
Mr. Lyndon Rowe will continue to act as Chair until a new appointment is made.
Perth Airport will be making no further comment.
