Site 1 is located on Newton Road within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. Offering prime airside access, it is suitable for hangars, maintenance and fixed base operations, catering facilities and for other aviation-related use.

The landside portion of this site is 5,600m2 and it has a frontage of approximately 80 metres. The airside portion (apron use only) is 4,800m2.

Perth Airport will consider proposals to lease part of Site 1.

Site 2 

Site 2 is located on Valentine Road within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. It is suitable for aviation-related use with a requirement for airside access. The site is approximately 11,000m2 and provides airside access for vehicles only. Modifications can be made to allow airside access for aircraft should it be deemed necessary.

Site 3 

Site 3 is located on Fauntleroy Avenue within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. Offering prime airside access, it is suitable for hangars, maintenance and fixed base operations, catering facilities and for other aviation-related use.

The landside portion of this site is 7,600m2 and it has a frontage of approximately 122 metres. The airside portion (apron use only) is 6,200m2.
