Service Level Framework

As part of Perth Airport’s commitment to improve the safety, efficiency and passenger experience at Perth Airport, a set of Terminal 1 International rebates has been established, accessible by all airlines with an Aeronautical Services Agreement. These rebates include:

• Terminal 1 International Gate Usage Charge Rebates
• Terminal 1 International Delayed Flights Rebate
• Terminal 1 International Mishandled Bags Rebate

Details of the Service Level Framework and rebates are available under Section 7 of the Aeronautical Service Agreement. Perth Airport will continue to develop the Service Level Framework to align our service delivery with the key outcomes of our airline partners.
